Introduction to Lawrence Area Catbackers

The Lawrence Area Catbackers are a Kansas State University sponsored club that supports K-State athletics through donations raised from membership fees and our two annual fundraisers:  the Fall Kickoff Classic and the Jake Ochs Memorial Golf Tournament.  

We also fund two $500 scholarships that we award every year to area high school seniors interested in attending K-State.  In past years we have had winners from both Lawrence and Free State high schools, as well as from Baldwin, Perry-Lecompton, and Eudora. 

Our fundraising efforts are complemented by our desire to get together and have fun with watch parties for away games, and tailgating at home.
